My past transactions seem to have disappeared from my account.

We usually see this question when someone has just gone live with TaxCloud on their website. When that happens, the default setting on the Transactions page switches from “test” to “live” transactions. To see the test transactions you uploaded before you went live, click “Display settings” on the Transactions page and select “Test.”
